We're excited to host a special Q&A screening of the new helter-skelter Aussie ob-doc Claptrap, following the band Kingswood, who embarked on the longest music tour in Australian history. They played 112 shows for over 60,000 fans nationwide for 6 months.
Across a vast, continent-spanning rock & roll tour, the relentless grind of life on the road is laid bare. Claptrap’s fresh, juvenile perspective offers a visceral look at the harsh realities of the forever-touring musician.
Claptrap was filmed on Kingswood's Hometowns Tour. During the tour, Kingswood released their 6th LP, Home which was #1 on the Country charts 9 weeks and stayed in the top #3 for another 15.
Kingswood along with the filmmakers will be in attendance for the Q&A.
Q&A screening on Friday 11 April, 7pm.
