Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are to be treated as cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• The minimum value that can be loaded onto a gift card is $20.
• Gift cards may not be resold and are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift cards may be used for the purchase of tickets, food or beverages.
• A Gift card will expire 36 months from the date of issue and any balance that remains on the card after this date will not be available for use.
• Gift cards may not be used for the purchase of gift cards, gift vouchers or books of ticket offers.
• All prices are current at date of publication and may be subject to change without notice.

10 TICKET PASS TERMS

• 10 ticket passes are valid for all regular sessions, even with NFT tag.
• 10 ticket passes are not valid for events, retro screenings, outdoor screenings or rare print presentations.
• Lost or expired vouchers will not be extended or replaced. 
• Child/senior 10 passes are valid for children aged 15 years or younger and customers aged 60 years and over. Proof of age may be requested. 
• 10 passes have an expiry of 18 months from date of purchase.
